Bachelor of Commerce

The Bachelor of Commerce (SLIIT–UQ) prepares students for careers in accounting, banking, finance, or business analytics. Students study how accounting, business information systems, data analytics, and finance add value to business and the global economy, and how to apply commerce principles to challenges faced by businesses. The programme is awarded by the University of Queensland.

Teaching runs on weekdays at the Malabe Campus in Malabe. The programme lasts for 3 Years and has an intake in February, June, and September. Students begin their studies at SLIIT and transfer abroad to finish their degree. Students complete modules in areas including microeconomics, financial accounting, business mathematics, and business statistics.

Local A/Ls : Minimum of 3 "S" passes in any stream.

Cambridge/Edexcel A/Ls :Minimum of 3 "D" passes in any stream.

Successful Completion of a Foundation Programme Accepted by SLIIT.

The Applicant should maintain minimum GPA of 2.5 to transfer.
