Bachelor of Information Science Secretarial Studies

The Bachelor of Information Science & Secretarial Studies at Ndejje University covers Introduction to Agriculture, Basic Crop Production, Animal Husbandry, and Soil Science, alongside information science modules such as Database Systems, Business Process Modeling, Web-Based Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Design. It also includes Research Methods and Business Ethics.

Students complete Internship / Field Attachment and Project Work as part of the course structure. The program award shown is a Certificate, with a duration of 1 year. Study mode is Day/Weekend, and the intake is January/August.

Entry Requirements – Certificate in Agriculture

• Direct Entry
  • Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes
  • Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with 1 principal pass in a relevant subject.
• Diploma Entry
  • Relevant diploma in ICT or related field (Upper Second or Credit), recognized by NCHE
• Mature Age Entry
  • A minimum score of 50% in a recognized Mature Age Entry Examination
• International Applicants
  • Secondary school completion equivalent to Uganda’s A-Level
  • Academic documents must be equated where necessary
  • Proof of English proficiency if prior education was not in English
