The Bachelor of Science Education Honours Degree in Biological Sciences (HBScEdBz) is an in-service programme that combines education-focused study with Biology modules. You study topics such as Cell & Molecular Biology, General Microbiology, Biochemistry, Ecology, Plant Physiology, Animal Physiology, Genetics, and Biotechnology, alongside Health Education, History and Philosophy Biology, and Educational Management.
The programme is delivered as an in-service block release with a duration of 2 years. It is organised into Part I (two semesters) and Part II (two semesters), including an ICT Applications in Education module, Research Methods and Statistics, and a Research Project.
