Digital Industry and AI: Master of Engineering, Master of Business Administration

This programme covers artificial intelligence, robotics, IoT and automation in digital industry. Xamk says you learn to use data, machine learning and deep learning to analyse information, make decisions and design smarter processes, better products and stronger businesses.

Teaching is contact teaching at the Kotka Campus. Lessons are scheduled for three days per week as full-day sessions. Theoretical core competence studies are scheduled for the first year. Both degree paths include complementary competence studies and a master’s thesis, which can be completed according to individual plans within the duration of studies. Students also gain practical experience in physical and virtual AI and robotics labs.

You can study toward either a Master of Engineering or a Master of Business Administration degree, depending on your previous educational background.

You can apply if you have completed a suitable bachelor’s degree. In some cases, an equivalent degree obtained in other post-secondary level education also gives you eligibility to apply. A minimum of two years of work experience is required.
