Jamk’s Master’s degree programme in robotics covers mobile and collaborative robotics, traditional industrial robotics, cyber security, artificial intelligence and automation safety from a robotics perspective. It is designed to build knowledge of the opportunities and limitations of robotics and how robotics can be used to develop new products, services and business opportunities.
The programme is 60 ECTS credits and takes 2 years. The structure includes Modern Management of IT, Machine Learning in Robotics, Robotics Applications, Safety in Automation, Research-based development, Elective Master’s Degree Level studies and a 30 ECTS Master’s Thesis. The thesis is the core of the degree and focuses on applying research data and chosen methods to analyse and solve professional problems.
Jamk says graduates will be able to carry out demanding specialist tasks in robotics, plan, develop and implement robotics applications for real-world challenges, work in multinational teams and conduct research ethically.
