Bachelor of Arts Honours in Ethics and Organisational Leadership Baheol

The Bachelor of Arts Honours in Ethics and Organisational Leadership (BAHEOL) at Zimbabwe Open University trains students in ethics and organisational leadership, with study pathways based on prior qualifications.

Entry into the programme depends on O level passes, including English Language at Grade C or better, and on holding ZIMCHE accredited National Diplomas in a relevant field, or meeting Level 6 ZNQF admission into part 3 of the study programme.

Graduates can pursue careers as teachers, pastors, counsellors, consultants, administrators in any organisation, or social workers.

• A minimum of 5 ‘O’ level passes, including English Language at Grade C or better.
• Prospective students must hold ZIMCHE accredited National Diplomas in a relevant field in addition to 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language.
• 2 Year undergraduate degree programmes: Attained a qualification at Level 6 of the Zimbabwe National Qualifications Framework (ZNQF), (Higher National Diploma) awarded by a recognised university, college or institute. Such applicants will be admitted into part 3 of the study programme.
