Bachelor of Arts Honours in Ethics and Organizational Leadership

The Bachelor of Arts Honours in Ethics and Organizational Leadership focuses on ethical theories, leadership theories, and foundations of ethical leadership. It covers organizational behaviour, business ethics, gender and organizational leadership, virtues and vices in leadership, workers’ rights, and related ethics topics such as information and communication technology, Aristotelian ethics, and worldviews and culture.

The programme also includes ethics and strategic thinking, knowledge management and epistemology in organizational leadership, organizational theories, entrepreneurship, organizational psychology, and philosophical principles in leadership. It runs across academic years with work integrated learning and a research project, and it includes modules such as corporate governance and accountability, research method, organizational change and ethics, and leadership and organizational development.

A minimum of 5 ‘O’ level passes, including English Language at Grade C or better. (4 Years)

Prospective students must hold ZIMCHE accredited National Diplomas in a relevant field in addition to 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language. (3 Years)

2 Year undergraduate degree programmes: Attained a qualification at Level 6 of the Zimbabwe National Qualifications Framework (ZNQF), (Higher National Diploma) awarded by a recognised university, college or institute. Such applicants will be admitted into part 3 of the study programme.
