The Master’s Programme in Digital Marketing and Corporate Communication at the University of Jyväskylä covers digital business, marketing and corporate communications. It combines these areas with academic research in the field. The programme is aimed at professional work in digital marketing and corporate communications for the nonprofit sector and the private sector.
Teaching takes place in English and is delivered through contact teaching. The studies total 120 ECTS credits and are planned for two years of full-time study. Modes of study include contact teaching, independent study, project work and workplace learning. The programme works closely with marketing and communications practitioners, who contribute visitor lectures and collaborate in student work and faculty research. Students also complete a thesis seminar as part of the Master’s thesis process.
The programme leads to a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration degree, majoring in Digital Marketing and Corporate Communication. The university says the programme qualifies graduates to continue to doctoral studies.
