Mechanical Engineering, Master's Programme (2 years), Lappeenranta

This Mechanical Engineering master's programme at Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology LUT gives students knowledge, skills and competences in mechanical engineering, along with leadership and management skills for industrial positions. It covers product development, computer-aided design, techno-economically efficient production, advanced materials, and machine science.

The programme includes multi-disciplinary specialisation packages such as digital engineering, hybrid materials and steel structures. LUT says many classes take place in well-equipped, high-tech labs for computer modelling, 3D imaging and virtual reality experiments.
